COMPARATIVE STUDY ON FULL-STRUCTURE SEGMENT AND SINGLE-ROW MODELS OF HIGH-PILE WHARVES BASED ON THE p-y CURVE METHOD

  • Taking a reinforced concrete slab and beam structure as an example and based on the p-y curve method, a full-structure segment model and a single-row model are established using ANSYS. The corresponding load combinations are applied to compare the internal forces of the pile foundations of the two models. By adjusting the distribution coefficient of the ship's impact force in the single-row frame structure, the differences between the internal force in the single-row frame structure and that in the full-structure segment are compared. The results indicate that the code-specified distribution coefficients of the horizontal forces in the single-row structure do not apply to three-dimensional finite element slab and beam structures. The conclusion has reference value for the internal force calculation of high-piled wharves.
