STUDY ON GROUND-TO-FLIGHT EXTRAPOLATION OF NEAR SPACE HYPERSONIC AERODYNAMIC DATA

  • At near space and hypersonic environments, the aerodynamic force data of a vehicle with high lift-to-drag ratio was considered with complex aerodynamic effects, such as Mach number effect, viscous interference effect, and real gas effect. With the CFD numerical simulation technology and the data correlation method, the extrapolation method of aerodynamic data from ground wind tunnel test to actual flight state was established. The accuracy of ground-to-flight extrapolation method was verified by the CFD technology.
