STUDY ON THE COUPLING OF ANISOTROPIC DAMAGE AND PLASTICITY CONSTITUTIVE MODELING FOR RPC200

  • Aiming at the nonlinear behavior of reactive powder concrete, combining the continuum damage mechanics (CDM) with plasticity, the elastoplastic constitutive modeling of RPC200 coupled with damage-induced anisotropy was established. In an effective stress space, adopting the non-associated flow rule and non-homogeneous isotropic hardening law, the plastic properties were reflected by introducing the standard formation of plasticity. Furthermore, based on damage energy release rate, the damage criteria was established and the damage evolution law was given by the orthogonal rule. Using two damage hardening rules, the different damage hardening performances of RPC200 under the tension, and compression have been described. Also, the compatibility between the basic principle of the thermodynamics and the constitutive modeling established has been proved. Finally, the calculation process has been developed for the elastoplastic anisotropic damage constitutive model and the predictive power of the model is demonstrated through a simple example.
