分析陶瓷复合靶板背板变形和起裂的一种新方法

A NEW APPROXIMATION TO THE DEFORMATION AND CRACKING OF CERAMIC COMPOSITE TARGET′S BACK PLATE

  • 摘要: 基于陶瓷复合靶板抗穿甲子弹机理,将弹丸通过陶瓷锥施加于背板的冲击作用等效为截锥形局部冲击荷载,提出一种计算背板变形和起裂的新方法。对于7.62mm穿甲子弹侵彻陶瓷/钢复合靶板试验,根据所提出的方法,应用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件计算了背板变形和弹道极限,计算结果与试验吻合较好;讨论了边界条件对背板起裂的影响,数值模拟和弹道试验表明背板边界变形有利于提高背板起裂冲量和靶板弹道极限。

     

    Abstract: Based on the mechanisms of ceramic composite target against APP (amour-piercing projectile), an approximation to the deformation and cracking of ceramic composite target’s back plate was proposed, in which the impact action of APP onto the back plate through ceramic cone was equated with truncated-cone-shape localized impulsive load. According to the proposed approximation, the deformation of back plate and ballistic limits of some ballistic experiments of ceramic/mild steel composite target against 7.62mm APP were simulated with the finite element method code, ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The results from the numerical simulation are in good agreement with those from the ballistic experiments. The influnce of boundary conditions on the cracking of back plate was discussed, and the numerical and experimental results show that deformation at the back plate boundary can improve the rupture impulse of back plate and the ballistic limit of target.
