Abstract: This paper is presented a spline boundary element Method on elasticity. It is used by cubic B-spline function to approach boundary unknown and used by singular point method of outside region to set up computational form of spline boundary element method. This is very simply and easy to apply to micro-computer or mniiature-computer. This method also avoids the singular integration. Its results are expounded that spline boundary element method is a very economic and effective,
