扁带平板压缩的工程计算公式

AN ENGINEERING CALCULATING FORMULA OF DEFORMATION FORCE FOR STRIP FORGING BETWEEN PARALLEL PLATENS

  • 摘要: 运用传递平衡方程,平衡微分方程以及平面变形屈服条件解析扁带平板压缩(无侧面鼓形与有侧面鼓形)的变形力计算问题。所获结果与上界法最佳上界值,与工程法及平均能量法完全一致。但是由于引进了传递平衡方程,将使推导过程大为简化,具有与本文所列参考文献完全不同的推导方法。此外,本文推导的变形力计算公式也可用于存在鼓形的平面变形压缩问题。

     

    Abstract: Indentation force of strip forging between parallel platens was solved by us ing transmitted,differential equation of force equilibrim and plane strain yield criterion. It was found that the results (with or without bulge) are in excellent agreement with those derived with upper-bound, slab and uniform plastic-deformation energy methods of solution. However, since transmitted equation is introduced, deriving process is simplified drastically and calculation formula is different from all other methods in the refference of this paper. Furthermore, the formula is also suitable to calculation of deformation force for strip forg lag with bulge.
