THE MEASUREMENT AND FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF STRESS FIELD IN LOOSE GREEN SAND UNDER STATIC COMPACTION

  • 摘要: 本文着重探讨型砂静压造型应力场的分布,既做了实际测定,也做了有限元分析,两者在一定程度上、一定范围内有较好的吻合。作为力学分析必不可少的基础工作,还测定了型砂压缩过程中的本构关系和砂体与边界的摩擦系数。可能由于型砂这种材料的特殊性,目前尚未见到针对型砂造型应力场进行有限元分析的报导,本文可以算做一种利用通用软件将有限元方法用于分析型砂应力场的尝试,期望能起到抛砖引玉的作用.

     

    Abstract: The strress distribution in green sand understatic compaction is measured and analysed by Finite Element Methad (FEM) in this paper. Satisf actary agreement is found between analytical predictions and experimental results. As the foundation of the theoretical analysis, the constitutive law of loose green sand during compaction and the friction coeficient between sand block and boundary are tested. The similar research has not been found yet, perhaps bacause of the special property of this kind of material. This paper is the first attempt to study the stress field in loose sand using general FEM softwave.
