非对称荷载下疲劳强度临界值的统一公式

A UNIFIED FORMULA OF CRITICAL FATIGUE STRENGTH UNDER ASYMMETRIC LOADING

  • 摘要: 本文对非对称荷载下的疲劳强度临界值预测公式和疲劳寿命预测公式进行了系统深 入的研究,分析了着名的Goodman公式,Soderberg公式和Gerber公式的适用条件,建立了 一种新的疲劳强度临界值预测公式和疲劳寿命预测公式。新公式的最大优点是,对实际破坏 面的形状不做任何限制,并可使用任意疲劳寿命实验数据进行拟合。

     

    Abstract: A systematic study is made on those formula by which the critical fatigue strength or fatigue life of a structure under asymmetric loading can be estimated. The prerequisites for some famous formula such as Goodman formula, Soderberg formula and Gerber formula are discussed, and a unified formula for predicting the critical fatigue strength or fatigue life of a structure under asymmetric loading is established The new formula has two important features: l) it is valid to any shape of failure surface; 2) its parameters can be correctly estimated from any type of experimental data of fatigue.
