磁流变阻尼器带质量元素的温度唯象模型

A TEMPERATURE PHENOMENOLOGICAL MODEL WITH MASS ELEMENT OF MAGNETORHEOLOGICAL DAMPER

  • 摘要: 磁流变阻尼器是应用于建筑结构中的新型减震控制装置,其性能受外加磁场和温度等因素的影响。目前国内外关于磁流变阻尼器的性能试验和计算模型方面的研究已有不少,但现有的计算模型却不能同时体现磁流变阻尼器的静摩擦现象、惯性效应和振动过程中温升效应。基于流体能量守恒原理推导并提出磁流变阻尼器带质量元素的温度唯象模型,通过实例分析可以得出:该模型不仅可以体现温度对磁流变阻尼器力学性能的影响,而且可以体现磁流变阻尼器的力—位移和力—速度非线性关系,能很好地模拟磁流变阻尼器的静摩擦现象、惯性效应和低速区时的力衰减性能。

     

    Abstract: Magnetorheological (MR) damper is a new kind shock absorption device of structure, which is affected by the applied magnetic field and temperature, etc. At present, many research efforts have been focused on performance test and mathematical model of MR damper, but the available models cannot capture the stiction phenomenon, inertial effect and temperature-rise effect during vibration. A temperature phenomenological model with mass element is proposed based on principle of fluid energy conservation. A numerical example is given in which the proposed mathematical model embodies not only the temperature's effect on MR damper but also the force-displacement and force-velocity nonlinear relationships of MR damper. The stiction phenomenon, inertial effect and the force roll-off in the low velocity region, are all well simulated.
