弹性材料受杆形射弹冲击的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION ON ELASTIC MATERIALS IMPACTED BY LONG BAR PROJECTILE

  • 摘要: 采用实验方法,研究了长杆形钢射弹冲击钢、铝和尼龙6弹性材料时,射弹中应力随时间的变化规律。分析了冲击初速度、被冲击物材料特性对射弹中应力变化的影响。实验结果表明:弹性范围内,冲击初速度不改变射弹中应力变化规律,仅改变其幅值,应力波形中包含了被冲击物材料特性信息和几何信息。

     

    Abstract: Stress waves tested on a bar are analyzed when it impacts elastic material like steel, aluminum or nylon 6. The influences of impact velocities and properties of materials to the stress are determined. Experimental results show that the impact velocities do not change the shapes of stress waves except their amplitudes, and the shape of stress wave is concerned with the thickness and the mechanical behavior of the impacted materials.
