SBS聚合物改性乳化沥青作为桥面 防水粘结材料路用性能研究

STUDY ON ROAD PERFORMANCE OF SBS POLYMER MODIFIED EMULSIFIED ASPHALT FOR BRIDGE WATERPROOF AND COHESIVE LAYER

  • 摘要: 通过室内试验(组合拉拔试验、组合剪切试验和短期老化试验),研究了SBS聚合物改性沥青作为桥面防水粘结材料的路用性能,同时与国内目前运用较多的氯丁胶类防水涂料作比较,得出SBS聚合物改性乳化沥青是一种性能优良的防水粘结材料。并且运用三维有限元分析软件Ansys建立了水泥混凝土箱型梁桥沥青混凝土铺装模型,进行了层间剪应力分析,论证了SBS聚合物改性乳化沥青作为桥面防水粘结材料能够满足使用要求。

     

    Abstract: The road performance of SBS polymer modified emulsified asphalt was studied through indoor tests for bridge waterproof and cohesive layers. SBS polymer modified emulsified asphalt presents a better quality for bridge waterproof and cohesive layers compared with polychloroprene asphalt waterproof coating applied usually in China. And the asphalt concrete pavement modeling of a box beam bridge was set up by using Ansys program for 3 dimensional finite element analyses to analyze the interface shear stress. Both results of experimental and numerical studies prove that SBS polymer modified emulsified asphalt for bridge waterproof and cohesive layers satisfy the requirements of engineering application.
