深立井井壁破裂的力学机理及破裂预测研究

RUPTURE MECHANISM AND RUPTURE FORECAST OF THE SHAFT WALL IN MINE

  • 摘要: 分析了深立井井壁破裂的力学机理,研究了深立井井壁的应力分布规律在井壁破裂预测方面的具体运用,结合混凝土井壁的强度准则和矿区地下水下降的规律,建立了立井井壁破裂的预测理论。研究表明:立井井壁破裂的危险位置与发生破裂的具体时间与矿区地下水的沉降规律及季节的变化有密切的关系。最后通过对具体实例的分析,验证了上述理论的正确性和适用性。对工程现场及井壁设计均具有较大的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: This paper is aimed to study the forecast method for shaft wall rupture. Based on the analysis of shaft in soil and the friction distribution between soil and shaft, shaft rupture mechanism is analyzed and the stress distribution in the dangerous section in shaft is found. The forecast method on shaft rupture time is established using the strength criterion and the one-to-one correspondence relation between the groundwater level around shaft and the stress value at dangerous point in shaft. The result shows that the rupture time of shaft can be forecasted according to the groundwater level and the curve of the temperature value in every month. An example is provided to verify the present theory.
