广州珠江新城地下空间关键技术应用研究

RESEARCH AND APPLICATION ON THE KEY TECHNOLOGIES OF THE UNDERGROUND SPACE OF ZHUJIANG NEW TOWN IN GUANGZHOU

  • 摘要: 广州珠江新城地下空间作为国内目前开发规模最大的城市地下空间项目之一,在建设过程中采用了多项新技术。该文主要对深基坑开挖支护、隧道盾构施工、无梁楼盖内置环式型钢剪力键板柱节点、空心钢管混凝土楼盖、地下结构后浇带钢箱(板)变形装置、地下空间性能化防火、冰蓄冷集中供冷系统、“中水”系统、地下集运系统等关键技术的应用研究进行了探讨,可供同类工程参考。

     

    Abstract: As one of the largest domestic urban underground space projects, the Zhujiang New Town project in Guangzhou encounters many technical problems in the construction process, including the deep foundation pit support, shield tunnelling technology in metro construction, the structure design of underground space consisting of slab-column joints with built-in ring steel shear key in the flat floor slab, the hollow steel-tube floor filled with reinforcement concrete, the steel box (plate) shaping device installed in the after-irrigation-strip, the fire protection design of underground space consisting of fire separation and fire evacuation, energy and water-saving consisting of alternatives of cooling system for centralized and recycled water which could be used repeatedly, and the underground traffic and transport system. The discussion on these problems can provide references for the similar projects.
