夹心保温墙体分离式连接件系统设计方法研究

DESIGN METHOD OF DISCRETE CONNECTOR SYSTEM FOR SANDWICH THERMAL INSULATION WALL PANELS

  • 摘要: 夹心保温墙体连接件系统是传递外叶板荷载、抵抗外叶板变形的关键部件。该文基于作者研发的新型分离式连接件系统,针对外叶板在施工状态下的出模、运输、吊运、安装等施工荷载,及使用状态下的外叶板自重、风荷载、地震作用、温度梯度作用和整体温度作用等多种荷载模式,根据理论分析和有限元计算结果提出了连接件受力分配的简化计算方法。基于此计算方法,提出了考虑整体刚度和强度要求的连接件系统设计流程,并提出了连接件位置的合理布置原则。基于上述设计方法,研发了配套软件,为夹心保温墙体连接件系统的设计提供了工具。

     

    Abstract: The connector system of the sandwich insulation wall panel (SIWP) is the key component to transfer the load and to resist the deformation of the outer layer. The simplified design method for a discrete connector system in the construction stage, such as fabrication, transport, lifting, installation, and in the service stage, such as gravity, wind, seismic actions, as well as temperature gradient and uniform temperature effects, were proposed. The results from theoretical analyses and finite element analyses were taken into consideration. The design process of the connector system was further proposed, considering the requirements of both stiffness and strength. The reasonable principle for the layout of the connector was also proposed. Based on the design method proposed, a tool software was developed, providing a tool for the design of connector system of the SIWPs.
