钢框架-嵌挂结合型密肋复合墙板整体性能研究

GLOBAL PERFORMANCE RESEARCH ON STEEL FRAMES WITH MULTI-RIBBED COMPOSITE SLABS

  • 摘要: 该文提出一种新型的嵌挂结合型密肋复合墙,不仅可以避免钢框架的外露腐蚀,同时外挂苯板可以起到保温隔热作用。钢框架与密肋复合墙体的受力和变形性能差别明显,在荷载作用下两者的受力变形模式和单独的构件受力时存在的差异需要通过二者的协同受力分析。因此该文建立钢框架-密肋复合墙协同体系的有限元模型,分析在不同墙体高宽比、不同开洞形式和不同框格数目下的结构整体受力性能,并通过滞回曲线、骨架曲线、耗散能量以及等效粘滞阻尼系数的分析,研究了墙体对整体结构性能的影响。

     

    Abstract: A new type of embedded and suspended composite slab with multi ribs wall was proposed, which can not only avoid the exposed corrosion of a steel frame, but also play the role of thermal insulation. There is an obvious difference in stress and deformation performance between the steel frame and multi-ribbed composite wall, and the difference between the stress and deformation mode of the steel frame and multi-ribbed composite wall under loads needs to be analyzed through the cooperative force analysis of the steel frame and multi-ribbed composite wall. Therefore, the finite element model of the cooperative system of the steel frame-multi-ribbed composite wall is established, and the overall mechanical performance of the structure under different aspect ratios, different opening forms and different number of lattices is analyzed. Through the analysis of hysteretic curve, skeleton curve, dissipated energy and equivalent viscous damping coefficient, the influence of wall on the overall structural performance is studied.
