大型某型客机复材机身舱门区结构补强研究分析

REINFORCEMENT AND ANALYSIS OF CABIN DOOR AREAR STRUCTURE OF A CERTAIN TYPE OF LARGE AIRCRAFT WITH COMPOSITE FUSELAGE

  • 摘要: 复合材料在民用客机上的应用量越来越高,目前已经出现了全复合材料机身的大型客机,对于全复合材料机身舱门区补强问题也显得尤为重要。该文就大型某型客机复合材料机身舱门区结构补强进行分析研究,设计了一套适用于大型客机复合材料机身的补强结构并进行了有限元计算分析和结构优化,计算结果符合设计的相关要求。

     

    Abstract: The application of composite materials in commercial aircraft is increasing, and the wide body aircrafts with all-composite fuselage have appeared, in which the reinforcement of cabin door area structure of the composite fuselage is an important issue. With this regard, the paper performed finite element analysis and structure optimization of a certain typer of large aircraft with all-composite fuselage, and the results meet the requirement.
