SIMULATION OF ROLLING BY ELASTOPLASTIC CONTACT BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD

  • 摘要: 本文用作者开发的弹塑性接触边界元法首次模拟轧制过程。轧辊为弹性体,轧件为弹塑性体,视轧制为有摩擦的弹塑性接触问题,用最少的假定模拟了轧制过程,为分析轧制过程提供了一个有效而精确的数值解法。

     

    Abstract: Abstract In this paper, a new method named elastoplastic contact boundary element method developed by the authors of this paper is used in the simulation of rolling process. As the roller is an elastic body, and workpiece is made of a kind of elastoplastic material, the rolling process can be taken as an elastoplastic contact problem. The least assumption is considered in simulating the rolling process, therefore, an effective and accurate numerical approach is presented for analysing the rolling process.
