SIMULATION OF SEAMLESS TUBE STRETCH REDUCING PROCESS BY MULTI-FIELD SEQENTIAL COUPLING FEA

  • 摘要: 根据某厂无缝钢管张力减径机组工艺规程,确定了热变形过程耦合组织演变模型,利用非线性有限元法,建立无缝钢管张力减径过程热、力、组织的多参量耦合数值分析模型。利用该模型对10机架实际张力减径轧制规程进行模拟计算,分析了钢管壁厚变化,形变、温度及微观组织的演变规律,并对轧后铁素体晶粒尺寸进行了实测对比。研究结果对研究张力减径过程金属内部微观组织演变规律、预报最终产品尺寸精度具有应用价值。

     

    Abstract: A coupling microstructure evolution model of a factory seamless tube stretch reducing mill group during the process of hot deformation was established based on the process specification. A multi-parameter coupled model for the numerical analysis of the thermal, mechanical and microstructure of a seamless tube stretch reducing process was established using a nonlinear finite element method. The rolling process of a 10-stand actual stretch reducing process was simulated using this model. The variation of the tube wall thickness and the evolutions of deformation, temperature and microstructure were analyzed. Moreover, the simulated ferrite gain sizes were compared with the measured ones. The research was helpful for studying the metal microstructure evolution of a stretch reducing process and for predicting the dimensional accuracy of a final product.
