考虑温度效应的新型钢塑复合管屈服与失稳分析

YIELDING AND BUCKLING ANALYSIS OF STEEL-PLASTIC COMPOSITE PIPE CONSIDERING THE EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE

  • 摘要: 基于试验与有限元分析,给出了新型钢塑复合管的屈服强度和失稳强度,研究了影响钢塑复合管屈服与失稳强度的温度效应与尺寸效应,提出了预测钢塑复合管屈服与失稳强度的估算模型,当考虑1.2倍安全裕量时,该模型对外径规格为50mm―400mm的钢塑复合管屈服强度和失稳强度的预测精度可以得到保证。

     

    Abstract: Based on the test and FEM analysis, yield stress and buckling strength of the steel-plastic composite pipes with different dimensions were given, and effects of temperature and dimension on the yield and buckling strength of steel-plastic composite pipes were investigated. A new model to estimate the yield strength and buckling strength of the steel-plastic composite pipes with out-diameter from 50mm to 400mm was presented and it has enough accuracy.
