不锈钢环槽铆钉及其连接节点的应用技术研究

RESEARCH ON APPLICATION TECHNOLOGY OF STAINLESS STEEL RING GROOVE RIVETS AND THEIR CONNECTIONS

  • 摘要: 不锈钢环槽铆钉兼具不锈钢的优异性能(高耐蚀性、高可靠性)和环槽铆钉结构可靠性高的优势,在铝合金、不锈钢等防腐结构连接及大跨空间、建筑表皮、科学装置等领域应用前景广阔。该文在梳理知名工程应用案例基础上,系统综述了针对不锈钢环槽铆钉及其节点、结构体系的关键研究:包括力学性能的试验研究、数值模拟与理论分析,并总结了形成的成熟技术和设计方法。研究表明:该铆钉与铝合金、不锈钢等基材适配性高,在结构工程中应用技术已较为成熟。未来研究可着重拓展其在高温力学性能、单面型环槽铆钉开发等方面的研究,以进一步拓宽其应用场景并构建更为完善的产品体系。

     

    Abstract: Stainless steel ring groove rivets combine the excellent properties of stainless steel (high corrosion resistance, high reliability) with the high structural reliability of groove rivets, showing broad application prospects in fields such as corrosion-resistant structural connections for aluminum alloys and stainless steel, as well as large-span spaces, building facades, and scientific installations. Based on a review of well-known engineering application cases, this paper systematically summarizes key research on stainless steel ring groove rivets and their joints and structural systems, including experimental studies on mechanical properties, numerical simulations, and theoretical analyses, and summarizes the mature technologies and design methods developed. Research indicates that these rivets exhibit high compatibility with substrates such as aluminum alloys and stainless steel, and their application technology in structural engineering is already quite mature. Future research could focus on expanding studies in areas such as high-temperature mechanical properties, the development of single-sided groove rivets, etc. to further broaden their application scenarios and build a more comprehensive product system.
