飞网系统捕获过程的动力学分析

DYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF THE CAPTURE PROCESS BY THE TETHER-NET

  • 摘要: 空间飞网是目前极具前景的主动清除空间碎片的方法,然而,碎片捕获过程的动力学仿真过程往往计算困难。空间飞网与碎片之间的碰撞,以及空间飞网各部分的自碰撞,都是空间碎片捕获过程动力学建模的关键问题。采用集中质量法对空间飞网系统进行建模,提出线线碰撞模型来描述网的自接触,将飞网与碎片之间的碰撞视作点面碰撞和线线碰撞组合,建立捕获过程的动力学模型。算例分析表明:在有效捕获空间碎片的同时,还可防止出现网和碎片的穿透现象。该方法可为空间飞网设计初期提供数值参考。

     

    Abstract: Tether-nets are currently the most promising method for active space debris removal; however, the dynamic simulation process of debris capture is often computationally difficult. The collision between the tether-net and the debris, and the self-collision of various parts of the net, are the key issues in the dynamic modeling of space debris capture. The lumped parameter method is used to model the tether-net system, and a line-line collision model is proposed to describe the self-contact of the net, and the collision between the tether-net and the debris is regarded as a combination of point-surface collision and line-line collision, which can quickly establish the dynamic model of the capture process. The numerical example shows that the penetration of the net and debris can be prevented while effectively capturing space debris. This method can provide numerical reference for the initial design of tether-net.
