Q690高强钢对接焊缝疲劳裂纹扩展行为研究

STUDY ON FATIGUE CRACK GROWTH BEHAVIOR OF Q690 HIGH STRENGTH STEEL BUTT WELD

  • 摘要: 为研究Q690D高强钢对接焊缝的疲劳裂纹扩展行为,进行了Q690D高强钢对接焊缝的疲劳裂纹扩展试验,分析了不同应力比和板厚下对接焊缝的疲劳裂纹扩展速率和门槛值,拟合了修正的PARIS公式,建立了综合考虑应力比影响的门槛值表达式,并基于裂纹扩展过程中的能量原理推导了裂纹闭合参数计算公式。研究表明:Q690D高强钢对接焊缝具有良好的抗疲劳裂纹扩展性能,其疲劳裂纹扩展速率为BS 7910规范推荐值的0.33倍~0.59倍,且对接焊缝的裂纹扩展速率随着应力比和板厚的增加而增加,当应力比R从0.1增加0.5时,裂纹扩展速率增大87.26%,当板厚从10 mm增加到16 mm时,裂纹扩展速率增加23.01%;高强钢对接焊缝疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值小于BS7910规范推荐值,当应力比R为0.1时,该文试验结果为规范推荐值的2.215倍,且疲劳裂纹扩展门槛值随应力比的增加而线性减小。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the fatigue crack growth (FCG) behavior of Q690D high-strength steel (HSS) butt weld (BW), the FCG tests of Q690D HSS BW were carried out. The FCG rates (FCGR) and threshold values of BW are analyzed for different stress ratios and plate thicknesses. A modified PARIS formula is fitted. An expression for the threshold values that integrates the effect of stress ratio is established. The calculation formula of crack closure parameter is derived based on the energy principle in the FCG process. The results show that the Q690D HSS BW has good FCG resistance. The FCGR is 0.33~0.59 times of the recommended value of BS 7910 specification. The FCGR of BW increases with the increase of stress ratio and plate thickness. When the stress ratio R increases from 0.1 to 0.5, the FCGR increases by 87.26%. When the plate thickness increases from 10 mm to 16 mm, the FCGR increases by 23.01%. The FCG threshold value of HSS BW is less than the recommended value of BS7910 specification. When the stress ratio R is 0.1, the test results are 2.215 times of code-specified values. The FCG threshold value decreases linearly with the increase of stress ratio.
