大吨位低频率低阻尼大幅竖向振动测试平台

HIGH-TONNAGE LOW-FREQUENCY LOW-DAMPING AND LARGE-AMPLITUDE VERTICAL VIBRATION TEST PLATFORM

  • 摘要: 为评估实际土木工程中大型低频调谐质量阻尼器的性能,开发了一种大吨位、低频率、低阻尼、大幅竖向振动测试平台。基于惯容原理,通过十吨级物理质量实现千吨级等效质量,频率可在0.085 Hz~0.2 Hz范围内连续调节,最大振幅达20 cm。提出柔性传动方式连接质量体与惯容器,实现振幅大于3 cm时阻尼比低于0.5%。阐述了测试平台的设计理念与核心技术;介绍了平台振动系统的参数及其调节方法;开展了多种频率条件下大幅自由振动测试,分析了幅变阻尼特性;通过作动器施加典型强迫激励,研究了平台在多种激励工况下的动力响应。该平台为新型大型低频减振及激振装置的研发提供了重要试验媒介,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

     

    Abstract: To evaluate the performance of large-scale, low-frequency tuned mass dampers in practical civil engineering applications, a high-tonnage low-frequency low-damping and large-amplitude vertical vibration testing platform was developed. Based on the principle of inertial amplification, the platform achieves an equivalent mass of one kiloton using a physical mass of approximately ten tons. The system enables continuous frequency adjustment within the range of 0.085 Hz to 0.2 Hz and enables a maximum displacement amplitude of 20 cm. A flexible transmission conception is proposed to connect the mass block and the inertia. If the amplitude exceeds 3 cm, the damping ratio can be effectively maintained below 0.5%. The design idea and core technologies of the testing platform were described. The parameters of the vibration system of the platform and their adjustment methods were introduced. Large-amplitude free vibration tests under various frequency conditions were conducted, and the amplitude-dependent damping characteristics were analyzed. Typical forced excitations were generated using actuators to investigate the dynamic responses of the platform under various conditions. The platform provides a vital experimental media for the development of novel large-scale low-frequency damping and excitation devices, and holds great potential for widespread application.
