屈曲约束支撑钢筋混凝土框架结构干式柔性梁柱节点的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON DRY FLEXIBLE BEAM-COLUMN JOINT IN BUCKLING RESTRAINED BRACED REINFORCED CONCRETE FRAME STRUCTURES

  • 摘要: 建议了一种由受弯框架与采用梁柱柔性节点的屈曲约束支撑框架并联组成的装配式混凝土双重抗侧力体系,设计并完成了4个装配式梁柱节点试件和1个现浇节点试件的往复加载试验。研究了混凝土楼板、螺栓孔形式等因素对该柔性节点受力性能和破坏模态的影响,并与现浇试件进行了对比。试验结果表明:混凝土楼板对柔性节点刚度及承载力有很大的影响,在设计时不可忽略;螺栓孔形式在结构位移较小时对节点的受力性能没有影响,但当结构位移较大时会影响节点的破坏模式;与现浇节点相比,装配式柔性节点具有很大的变形能力。

     

    Abstract: A dry flexible beam-column joint was proposed for the use in prefabricated buckling restrained braced reinforced concrete frame structures. To study the mechanical properties, failure modes and load-bearing capacity of the joint, and cyclic loading tests were conducted on four prefabricated joints and one cast-in-suit joint for comparison. The influence of the concrete slab and shapes of bolt holes on the performance of joints was investigated. The results show that the influence of the slab on the stiffness and flexural strength of the joints is significant, which cannot be neglected in practical design. The types of bolt holes have little effect on the joint behavior when the structural lateral drift is small, but will influence the failure mode of connecting parts under large deformation. It is also shown that prefabricated flexible joints have much larger deformation capacity than cast-in-situ ones and thus are benefit to local damage control of the structure.
