船舶艉部整体隔振系统中轴承载荷增量研究

RESEARCH ON BEARINGS LOAD-INCREMENT IN INTEGRATED VIBRATION ISOLATION SYSTEM OF SHIP STERN

  • 摘要: 该文建立了船舶艉部整体隔振系统有限元模型,并提出“径向轴承载荷增量”这一概念实现对整体隔振系统中轴系静态安全性定量分析。该文计算了在不同螺旋桨推力载荷作用下及船舶纵倾工况下的轴承载荷增量,结果表明:螺旋桨推力作用及纵倾工况均会产生数吨载荷增量。此外,该文分析了推力轴承刚度、推力作用位置及隔振器支撑位置等系统参数对载荷增量的影响,发现:当增加轴承轴向刚度、螺旋桨推力作用向筏架重心集中及隔振器分布于筏架艏部方向时更有利于轴承载荷增量的降低。

     

    Abstract: A finite element model of a ship integrated isolation system is established and the concept "Bearing load-increment" (BLI) is proposed to quantificationally analyze the shafting static characteristics. The BLI under different propeller thrusts and trimming conditions are calculated. The results show that the two conditions can generate several tons of BLI. The influence of parameters including thrust bearing stiffness, thrust acting position and isolator supporting position are researched, which reveals that they are in favor of reducing the BLI for increasing the thrust bearing stiffness, centralizing the thrust to the mass center of the raft, and locating the supporting isolators on the stem part of the raft.
