大型冷却塔群塔组合(六塔双列)风致干扰准则综合评价

COMPREHENSIVE ASSESSMENT OF WIND-INDUCED INTERFERENCE CRITERIA ABOUT LARGE COOLING TOWERS WITH TYPICAL SIX-TOWERS DOUBLE-COLUMNS ARRANGEMENTS

  • 摘要: 为量化风荷载条件冷却塔群塔干扰效应,形成了众多干扰效应定义准则,派生出数值结果差异性较大的荷载比例放大因子——群塔比例系数,认识和评判准则存在明显的差异。为了系统地研究冷却塔复杂群塔条件荷载干扰效应,本项研究以某超大型冷却塔为例,基于风洞试验、结构有限元分析和结构设计配筋方案,系统分析了六塔典型布置条件的群塔干扰效应,详细比较了不同塔矩条件矩阵、菱形布置方案的基于荷载、受力和设计配筋3个比较准则层面的群塔干扰效应。试验和分析过程涉及15个冷却塔表面同步测压试验工况(计240个来流角度)、20组三维荷载组合条件静动力分析和配筋计算,共计比较了25种群塔比例系数定义准则和数值结果。研究表明:群塔系数波动性在荷载层面最大,内力层面居中,配筋层面最小,不同准则条件群塔干扰系数的离散度最大可以达到49%;最不利风向角和群塔干扰效应大小均与群塔布置形式明显相关,受扰塔在矩形塔位组合的迎风向位置和菱形塔位组合的背风向位置更加不利,六塔组合条件冷却塔承受气动力荷载在菱形布置相比矩形布置更加不利。

     

    Abstract: IFs (Interference Factors) were proposed under various criteria to quantify wind-induced interference among grouped cooling towers and to amplify wind pressure loadings. However, those parameters seem to be very discrete in values for different evaluation criteria. Aiming to study interference effects under complex tower group combination, cooling tower groups with typical six-tower double-column arrangements were selected to conduct case studies by wind tunnel tests and FEM calculation, investigating the interference effects among classical rectangular and rhombic arrangements considering several commonly-used central distances among towers. IFs of 25 kinds were compared based on three types of index levels, namely aerodynamic loading, internal force and reinforcement ratio, respectively. Wind pressure measurements with 15×16 incoming flow conditions for the 1:200 reduced-scale model were carried out in TJ-3 wind tunnel, corresponding 3-D dynamic or static calculations and reinforcement design under 20 loading combination cases were also performed to analyze IFs. The principal conclusions can be summarized as follows: sensitivity of fluctuation about IFs in loading level would be the largest, while those in force level are medium, and those in reinforcement level are the smallest; there are great distinctions about IFs' values for different criteria, whose maximum may reach 49% over the average value; the worst wind directions and interference effects are greatly influenced by the arrangement of tower groups, and the towers in windward location under the rectangle arrangement and those in leeward location under the rhombus arrangement are in the worst loading states; the towers under the rhombus arrangement suffer more interference actions than those under rectangular combination in general.
