超长复杂隔震结构施工力学及全过程监测研究

STUDY ON CONSTRUCTION MECHANICS OF LONG COMPLICATED ISOLATED STRUCTURES AND LIFE-CYCLE MONITORING

  • 摘要: 隔震结构的基础对上部结构的水平位移和抗转动约束力较弱,施工建造阶段的受力性能具有特殊性。对超长复杂隔震钢筋混凝土结构体系而言,叠层橡胶隔震支座在施工阶段出现了较大侧向位移的现象。施工方案考虑不周全时,隔震层大梁在施工阶段混凝土甚至会出现裂缝。该文介绍了课题组针对平面不规则超长复杂隔震结构建造过程施工力学分析。将施工过程中的时变结构体系分析问题采用离散性的时间冻结来近似处理,将它当作一序列物性时不变、拓扑关系在各个预定的时间点上变化的结构体系分析。数值分析表明,SCS方式是一种宜用于隔震结构的安全经济的施工方式;隔震层大梁出现裂缝主要是由施工荷载、温度剧烈变化、混凝土收缩及过早拆模等综合因素引起的;分析了由施工建造引起的非载荷变形对隔震支座变形位移、底板的变形和内力的影响;分析了最不利温差作用下的隔震支座位移及施工阶段梁挠度的变化规律,初步给出了后浇带的合理布置方案。通过对实际隔震工程的施工期及服役期的现场监测,验证了超长隔震结构的非载荷变形特征与环境荷载的相关性。

     

    Abstract: The base of an isolated structure always has special load bearing properties during its construction period, because the restriction provided by the isolation layer to the superstructure is weak when compared to a fixed base of a structure. For a long complicated isolated reinforced concrete structure, a large lateral displacement occurs in the rubber bearings, which has been proved to be caused by some non-loading factors such as temperature variation, and the shrinkage of concrete. When the construction scheme is poorly worked out, there might be some cracking in the RC girders of an isolation layer. This paper presents mechanics of a long isolated time varying structure under its construction process with an irregular plan. The discrete time freezing method, i.e., the structure is physically regarded as a time-invariant structure with varying topology at a specified time step. Numerical result shows that the construction scheme is more suitable for the construction of an isolated structure, the cracking in the RC girders of the isolation layer is caused by construction loading, intensive temperature fluctuation, the shrinkage of concrete, and the early removal of mould. The bearing displacement, deformation and internal forces of floors caused by non-load deformations are analyzed in a construction process.A reasonable layout for a latter pouring belt is presented by the displacements of rubber bearings and beams. The correlation between the non-loaded displacement of rubber bearings and the environmental loading is verified through a monitoring system installed on an isolated structure during its whole construction process.
