超高层结构设计的经济性及相关问题的研究

STUDY ON THE ECONOMY OF STRUCTURAL DESIGN OF SUPER-TALL BUIDINGS AND RELEVANT ISSUES

  • 摘要: 提高超高层结构设计的经济性可从三方面入手:降低结构所受的水平荷载、提高结构体系的抗侧效率和选择合理的设计指标。首先,为了降低结构所受的水平荷载,可通过选择合理的建筑体型和设置减振装置来降低结构所受的风荷载和采用消能减震的方法以及选用比强度、比刚度大的材料来降低结构所受的地震作用。其次,为了提高结构体系的抗侧效率,应尽可能使结构布置支撑化、周边化、巨型化和伸臂桁架化。最后,建议对超高层设计中的一些规定指标作进一步研究,在满足安全性的前提下进一步提高结构设计的经济性。

     

    Abstract: The economic design of super-tall buildings can be improved through three measures: reducing lateral loads on the structure, improving structural efficiency of lateral resistance, and selecting rational design indices. Firstly, in order to reduce lateral loads of the structure, a reasonable building shape and dampers should be considered to decrease the wind loading, and energy dissipation methods and high-strength, lightweight materials can be used to reduce the seismic loads. Secondly, in order to improve the structural efficiency, bracing structures, mega columns, and outriggers should be used. Finally, further research into several stipulated design indices of super-tall buildings is proposed so that the economy of the structure can be improved while still maintaining safety.
