表观平直带钢裁切加工后翘曲变形行为研究

DEFORMATION OF WARPING IN APPARENT STRAIGHT STRIP AFTER SHEARING PROCESS

  • 摘要: 表观平直但内部具有“潜”板形缺陷的成品带钢,经裁切加工分条后必发生形式多样的翘曲变形。为了研究这类翘曲变形的产生机理和变形规律,根据薄板大挠度弯曲理论和最小势能原理,建立了以样条函数为基础的非线性屈曲样条有限元计算模型和求解方法,对具有低于临界值的中浪、边浪、四分之一浪和边中复合浪形式残余塑性应变的“潜”板形缺陷带钢,裁切加工后的翘曲变形进行了仿真分析。仿真结果认为,带钢轧后残余纵向塑性应变沿宽度方向的不均匀分布引起裁切后小尺寸钢板整体屈曲变形是裁切加工后翘曲的根本原因;翘曲高度由带钢裁切加工后切条纵向塑性应变差决定,塑性应变差越大,翘曲值越大;对于等份切分,每一种塑性应变形式对应一个临界切分条数,当切分条数大于临界切分条数,切条都会保持平直。

     

    Abstract: The apparent straight strip that has “potential” shape defects will yield various warping deformations after a shearing process. The generation mechanism and deformation behavior of this warping are studied. According to the bending theory of a large deflection and the principle of minimum potential energy, the spline finite element method (spline FEM) of nonlinear buckling is established. Under center wave’s, edge wave’s, quarter wave’s and composite wave’s critical residual plastic strain, the warping deformation of a shearing process is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that: the basic reason of warping for shearing is that the uneven distribution of vertical extension in the width direction caused by small-size-strip overall-buckling. The warping value is decided by the longitudinal plastic strain differential, and the greater of the plastic strain differential, the bigger of the warping value. For equal shearing, each of the plastic strain has a critical number of shearing, when the number of shearing is greater than the critical number, a small size strip will be kept straight.
