航空发动机支承不同心转子系统力学模型研究

RESEARCH ON THE DYNAMIC MODEL OF AERO-ENGINE ROTORS WITH BEARING MISALIGNMENT

  • 摘要: 针对实际的航空发动机低压转子系统中的支承不同心问题,在对其结构特征及受力变形情况进行分析的基础上,建立了多支点、柔性转子系统的动力学模型,利用Lagrange方法分别获得了不同结构下的转子系统运动微分方程。结果表明,对于多支点的柔性转子系统,支承不同心所带来的动力学影响因转子的结构特征而异,一方面会使连接结构的刚度呈现非线性,另一方面又有可能给系统带来附加的2倍频激振力,从而使响应出现1倍频以外的其他频率分量。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the bearing misalignment problem of low-pressure rotor system in aero-engines, a dynamic model of flexible rotor system with multi-supports is presented based on analysis of structural and dynamic characteristics. The equations of motion of different structures in aero-engines were derived respectively through Lagrange method. The equations suggest that the dynamic influence of bearing misalignment on multi-supported flexible rotor system varies with different structure types, which will activate the nonlinearity of coupling. An additional 2× excitation force may appear, resulting in other harmonics in the response besides 1× rotating frequency.
