钢-竹组合柱轴心受压性能的试验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON PERFORMANCE OF STEEL-BAMBOO COMPOSITE COLUMN UNDER AXIAL COMPRESSION

  • 摘要: 该次试验共制作了3根组合柱,均由结构胶粘剂粘合冷弯薄壁C型钢和竹胶合板而成。对试件施加轴向压力,观察分析试件受力后的变形、破坏形态,探究其破坏机理,并提出极限承载力的建议计算公式。对试件上端作不同处理,考虑工艺误差对试件承载力的影响。研究结果表明:1) 组合柱在轴心受压过程中薄壁型钢和竹胶合板的变形基本一致,即符合平截面假设,试件整体受力性能良好;2) 在受力全过程中,试件呈理想弹塑性,但塑性强化作用并不明显,偏于安全,不考虑塑性强化对承载力的贡献;3) 试件破坏时,出现竹胶合板的局部腰鼓状凸曲现象且内部钢板达到屈服;4) 制作工艺误差对组合柱的承载力影响较大。

     

    Abstract: Three column specimens have been produced in this study, and structural adhesive has been used to combine cold-formed thin-walled C steel and bamboo plywood together. An axial-compression experiment is made to observe and analyze the deformation and damage forms, and explore the failure mechanism. Besides that, a propositional calculation formula about the limit bearing capacity is put forward. By making a different deal with upper loading ends of specimens, the effects of process errors on bearing capacity of specimens are taken into consideration. Results have shown that: 1) deformation of cold-formed steel and bamboo plywood is basically consistent under axial compression, which is actually the plane-section assumption, and the unitary mechanical behavior of columns is very good; 2) in the whole loading process, specimens show an ideal elastic-perfectly performance, but the plasticity-enhancement impact is not obvious, thusly disregard the contribution of plastic enhancement on bearing capacity; 3) when specimens are damaged, it has a phenomenon that shape of bamboo plywood is locally bulgy and curved convexly as a waist drum, and the inner steel is yielding; 4) process errors have a great influence on the bearing capacity.
