T型圆钢管节点抗火性能的有限元研究

FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS ON FIRE RESISTANCE OF CIRCULAR TUBE T-JOINT

  • 摘要: 利用有限元软件ABAQUS建立T型圆钢管节点模型,采用间接热力耦合的方法,研究了节点在ISO834标准升温环境和不同荷载条件下的抗火性能。根据试验建立验证模型,将分析得到的结果与试验结果进行对比。通过比较,验证了模型的可靠性。在此基础上,建立管节点抗火模型,通过分析主管变形和主管端部轴向反力随温度变化曲线,以及管节点的失效机理,得到不同荷载比和节点的几何参数对节点抗火性能的影响。

     

    Abstract: The circular tube T-joint models are established by using finite element (FE) program ABAQUS. Sequentially coupled thermal-stress analysis method is utilized to study the fire resistance performance of the joints under the conditions of ISO834 heating environment and different applied loads. Verification models are built according to experiment, and the results obtained through the analysis are compared with the experimental results. The comparison results show that the models are reliable. The fire resistance models of circular tube joint are established based on the verification models. The influence of geometric parameters and different load ratios on fire resistance performance of joint is obtained by analyzing the chord deformation-temperature curves, axial reaction force-temperature curves and the failure mechanism of tubular joint.
